She focuses on helping clients work towards their goals, whether it’s brushing your hair or reaching that tall shelf, getting back fishing, walking, or back to competitive sports. No goal is too big or small to tackle.
Erin has a long history as a runner and has a specific interest in helping runners and endurance athletes get back on the trail!
Erin graduated from McMaster University with a Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Queen’s University with a Masters of Science in Physiotherapy. Since graduating Erin has spent many years upgrading her skills in manual therapy, acupuncture, and concussion therapy.
Outside of work Erin enjoys getting outdoors and keeping active in the Peterborough area. She particularly enjoys running, cycling and cross country skiing.
