About Colin Rous
Physiotherapist
Colin graduated from McMaster University in 2012 with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy and an Honours in Biochemistry.
Colin has extensive experience with workplace injuries, athletic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation and with active seniors. As a Physio at the former General Electric and with personal experience as an assembly-line worker and office worker he understands the challenges of many jobs. Colin has experience with local and national level athletes. He has worked with Trent University and Lakefield College teams, and has volunteered with local and international tournaments.
He focuses on helping patients return back to their activities of daily living. Whether it be to rebuild the strength needed to get back to work, or to regain stability and balance in order to get into a boat, climb up a set of stairs, or even to simply get back onto the golf course. All activities are important and Colin is passionate about helping patients get back to doing what they most enjoy in life.
Outside of work, Colin enjoys canoeing, hiking, cross-country skiing, and some team sports.
